Mission: Empowering & Equipping Creative Women to Follow Their Dreams!

I conspire exclusively with creative women who are ready to step into their power and take action to rock their lives or creative business aspirations. We will collaborate to create a customized strategy for your success.
What does that mean exactly?
I'm a cheerleader: I encourage, inspire, support, motivate and celebrate you.
I'm a coach: I get tough, suggest assignments, hold you accountable and evaluate your progress.
I'm a consultant: I'll review your stuff, give you suggestions when you want them and teach you what I know about things like blogging, social networking, running a small business, setting up a network, creating e-courses, and I'll recommend valuable resources along the way.
I'm a conspirer: I'll brainstorm with you, help you set S.M.A.R.T. goals, create your personal definition of success, help you identify your values and help keep you working passionately from them.
Creative women who are following their dreams just rock my socks off. There is nothing I love more than hearing you say, “I’m so inspired right now!” and if there is anything I can do to cheer you on to personal victory, I’m all over it!
I'm following my Big 3 dreams and turning my passion for creativity & cheerleading into a soul nourishing career providing support, services and products to creative people like you. I appreciate your support on my journey and I look forward to supporting you on yours.
I'd love to conspire with you! Check out my services for more information.
In addition to cheering for big dreamers, I love to connect & collaborate with other artists, writers, crafters, photographers, coaches and upbeat creatives. If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you!
xo & belief in you,
Carmen

You wanna know more? Ok, here goes....

Way back in the day, I was a cheerleader (short skirt, high kicks and all!) and a power tumbling & trampoline coach. I loved it, and really, what I wanted more than anything else in the whole world, was to be a professional cheerleader and coach, forever. When I tried out and made the cheerleading squad at Emporia State University, I thought I was on my way. But then I decided to listen to my internal monsters and some real life people that said that my dream was impractical and just like that, I let go & walked away from it. (Luckily, it never let go of me.)
In a quick decision, while chatting with a convincing recruiter, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and headed off to boot camp, where I used my cheerleading skills to motivate fellow recruits & crack up my (not easy to crack up) drill instructors. (It's not often you see a recruit doing USMC cheers in the squad bay during free time). Then I went on to "left-right-left" my way through leadership training and on to 3 meritorious promotions in 4 years before deciding to get married and leave the service.
My next adventure included starting a family and getting an IT position for a pharmaceutical company where I did things like create web content & internal web sites, developed & lead corporate computer training and managed projects for software implementations.
When the sunshine and migrating family members lead us to the Sunshine State, I got a corporate, admin type job that paid really well and gave me an office with a great view, but left a lot to be desired as far as fulfilling my need to inspire and be inspired. It was then that I discovered the world of Mixed Media Art and I found passion again. Through art, blogging, collaboration and connecting with other creative people, my cheerleading dream began to show itself again.
Through working with my coach, lots of journaling, e-courses, books, writing, creating and a double dose of soul searching, my dream began to take shape. I see now that it was always there.
I escaped the corporate world in April and dove in to putting my passion to work for me, and for my right people... creative women with buried dreams, lots of passion and a yearning to create the life they've always dreamed of.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my journey. I hope I have the opportunity to support you on yours.
xo & belief in all things YOU,
Carmen
