My birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year.
What better time to sit in quiet reflection?

carmen, seriously- these pages are absolutely gorgeous. wow...my favorites so far. have you ever thought about focusing on abstract painting with a hint of representational elements? i really like your intentions list, too, and i'm going to be praying that you will know just which ones you're supposed to act on each and every day. and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

So many great and worthy intentions, there's something about putting your aspirations down in writing to make them more concrete and give you direction.

Happy Holidays!

my intentions...
to take each day as it presents itself... to me,with a loving heart and an open mind
Breath..and be grateful if that is the only accomplishment I achieve in that moment.
To accept myself, in full recognition that it is my right as a human to make mistakes...
to treat myself and others with respect...dignity and love
