Who loves mail art?

I'm giving away an original painting this week.  All you have to do is be a Facebook Fan.  One week ago today, I noticed I had just over 800 fans on facebook.  I thought that was pretty incredible, but had dreaming bigger on my brain that day, so I dedided to reach for 1000 and if I made it, I'd give away an original painting.  I was blown away when the number hit 1000 on Tuesday!!!  Holy Wow!  If you've not yet become a fan and want to get in on the giveaway, you have until tomorrow.  I'm picking a winner on Saturday!

In addition to the painting giveaway, I'm making some mail art for "Fan Appreciation Week".  Just leave me a comment here telling me your favorite word of affirmation and you could be one of the lucky mail art recipients!

Visit my Facebook Artist Page to see another way to win mail art!

Thank you so much for supporting me!

My dreams are coming true and I'm so excited that I get to share them with you!

Mucho love,

Carmen

I LOVE mail art! :-) Not sure this is truly an affirmation word, but it's one of my favorite positive words: serendipity. Congrats on your 1000 fans!

Who doesn't love mail art, especially if it is coming from *YOU*

I'm a big fan of affirmations. Today's affirmation is: I am right where I'm suppose to be in this moment.

Create is my word this year. When I get dizzy and lose sight of the good things and I feel overwhelmed, I retreat into my happy place, refocus and CREATE.

Carmen, I read your article in Artful Blogging this month!! OF course, your spread that stuck out to me the most. I already knew I loved your artwork...but your words are after my own heart. I stumbled upon this whole new world (I just sang Aladdin in my head) rather recently and it is fascinating and awesome. Thank you for showing someone so new in this journey that it IS possible.
