5 reasons to love art journaling

- You cannot fail. There are no rules. There is no wrong way to art journal.. anything goes. Feel free to make it up as you go along! It's even ok to color outside the lines!
- All the cool people are doing it.
- It's a smart creative-business strategy and planning tool. What's your plan of attack for 2010? Journal it into existence.
- You can Spill It! An art journal is a great place to make a mess and find your groove. A safe place for Seeking Artistic Style. Practice techniques and learn a thing or two about yourself along the way.
- You can do it alone or do it with friends!

these are all the reasons i love it too!!! i'd say the only bad thing is that you can get lost in it and never get to the things that you HAVE to do. hehe. :)
Oddly enough, I can't seem to release myself into it... I keep holding back afraid of doing it wrong (why can't I realize you can't do it wrong?). My best pages have been doodles I've done while distracted, but when I sit down intending to do it.... Maybe it needs to be one of the things I focus on this coming year?
