anything from pencils, to pens, to markers, to pencil crayons, to gouache paints, acrylics....the list goes on and on! I love art...and it all works for me!
Golden paints, Prisma pencils, Post-it notes, the list goes on and on. I love art supplies and office supplies! Your drawings just get better and better, her eyes are amazing.
Charcoal pencils. Sally Jean Alexander gave me the tip to use them to age things. WOrks like a charm. I use them all the time.
I also have two small paper trimmers that I can't do without. And Fiskers scissors and cutting tools-worth every penny. They last forever and the company stands behind their product 100%.
i'm with you.....i've rediscovered pencils and i'm having a ball (and they're keeping my microns quite happy, too!)! your drawing is beautiful, carmen! :))
isn't it fabulous how that works! somehow, we just intuitively know what our comfort tools are. mine are microns and staedtlers (size 01) for lettering. for writing, it's a pilot precise extra fine rollerball. i'd say those 2Bs and you are a good match - this lady is a beauty!

The new Sharpies that don't bleed through paper...........they are my new constant companion.
Wood - wood type, wood press furniture. Once I start playing with all the wood bits in my studio, things start to flow.
